We believe children learn what they’re capable of by trying new things, challenging themselves, getting things wrong, trying again and seeing what happens when they keep going.
And gymnastics gives them plenty of opportunities to do exactly that.
It’s about learning a skill from scratch, practising it, working through the difficult bits and eventually doing something you once thought you couldn’t.
